into ASCII or HTML from Word,
Word Perfect, PowerPoint or PDF formats. We offer cost effective
amendment processing and redline EDGARized documents. There are numerous services we provide our clients that are above and beyond an average filing agent. We will convert an ASCII EDGARized into a Word document for proofing and editing. We send you back a PDF file if we convert it to HTML. At no charge, we apply for your SEC codes and database them for you, and also provide schedules, forms, and cover pages for your use. As part of our comprehensive service, we also pass along valuable filing information such as how to wire money to the SEC or how to complete a Form ID. We review your document for correct dating, electronic signatures, inclusion that all exhibits listed are actually attached, proper format and coding of documents, changing company information with the SEC, checking with the SEC to make sure monies are wired and all other necessary things that ensure accuracy and detail to each file. We don't charge extra for any of these services. We process everything immediately with one pricing matrix. We do NOT charge for normal changes, miscellaneous items, emailing, pdf's or any other incidental acts associated with a filing. We include 1/2-hour of free changes in every document we process. If extensive editing is necessary after the first half hour, we charge by the hour, not the page. If an amendment is necessary to a filed document, to keep your costs down and profits up, we will download the original file off the SEC website for you to edit and send to us for EDGARization. We will only charge for the time it takes to properly re-format the document. We view our services as an extension of your company, not just an outside conversion service. | |
