PRESIDENT & CEO
Ms. Newman graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor and Master of Science degree. Ms. Newman spent many years auditing and writing medical device and pharmaceutical GMP procedures for Public and Private Companies. Ms. Newman has been instrumental in day to day operations and both SEC and FDA compliance of a start-up pharmaceutical company.
Ms. Newman was one of the original founders of PublicEase and innovated a solution to offer public companies an alternative to the “large billing” competitors via a strategic business model to offer the same services at a significantly reduced cost. Since 1996, PublicEase has transformed into one of the world’s most active filing agents, now providing clients with a full suite of services and offices throughout the USA.

CFO
Ms. Sesti graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst graduating with a BBA in Accounting. After living in NYC for a year, she moved to San Diego, CA where she obtained her CPA license. Since that time, she has had extensive experience as a public auditor and CFO/Controller of numerous companies in Southern California. She also worked closely with computers and networking in the early 1990’s. Her experience as a CPA and her computer background led her to co-found Publicease.
Ms. Sesti brought the skills necessary to communicate with the SEC through technology and help clients merge their financial audits into acceptable SEC format.

PRODUCTION MANAGER
Ms. Stephenson has 16 years’ experience as an EDGAR Specialist. She has extensive knowledge of the technical aspects of the EDGAR process, including the preparation of SEC filings (Corporate as well as Investment Company and Mutual Funds), SEC EDGAR research, and working directly with the SEC's EDGAR Filer Support staff. Throughout the years, Ms. Stephenson has also worked closely with public companies, attorneys, and accountants in the preparation of SEC filings, and she values the personal relationships that she has built and continues to build. She is the manager of PublicEase’s EDGAR Department in Atlanta.
Ms. Stephenson attended Georgia Southern College where she majored in accounting. Prior to joining PublicEase, Ms. Stephenson merged her own business into, and was the Director of EDGAR Services with, the southern division of a financial printer headquartered on the East Coast. She was also an EDGAR Specialist and Corporate Paralegal with Kilpatrick Stockton LLP, a major Atlanta law firm with whom she was employed for 20 years. |
