- We don't charge for re-edgarizing any document – even if we didn't file it originally! If you need to file an amended anything, we just charge you for the time it takes to make the changes, not redoing the whole file.
- We provide simple HTML to Word conversions on any file you wish – for FREE! This is not a "typeset" file but you can get an as filed copy for your records and to use as a base for the next period.
- We process files and changes immediately – no extra fees for rush, no extra fees for sending to multiple emails, no extra fees for providing pdf's, etc. No hidden fees on anything.
- We have great relationships with the people that work at the SEC Division of Corporate Finance so that we can get files through seamlessly should there be any issues.
